Complaints About the Global Trust Certification (GTC) Process or GTC Clients
Global Trust Certification (GTC), an NSF company, accepts all written complaints about the GTC process and about GTC-certified clients.

Who Can Submit a Complaint?
If you wish to submit a written complaint about the Global Trust Certification (GTC) process or GTC clients, NSF will accept your written complaint. This applies to any individual, organization, worker or employee of a certified client, scheme owner or other interested party.
GTC will address written complaints in accordance with its complaints-resolution procedures.
How to Submit a Complaint
Please email your complaint to any member of the GTC staff, or to ClientServicesIE@nsf.org. When you notify GTC about your complaint, please include the following information:
- All details related to the complaint
- Any evidence that supports your complaint
