Marcos Bensoussan

Marcos Bensoussan serves as NSF’s Senior Manager in LATAM. He is a chemical engineer with more than 45 years of experience in water quality and safety. He was instrumental in developing NSF’s building water health program, training staff and launching water safety plan development and Legionella risk assessment services.

Before joining NSF, Bensoussan founded SETRI, a consulting company that developed water safety plans for buildings and industries and Legionella risk assessments. Bensoussan serves on the Brazilian National Standards Organization committee, International Water Association’s Specialist Group on Water Safety Planning, and the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group.

His areas of expertise include:
