NSF’s Pharma Biotech Team Awarded Customer Outreach Award

NSF’s pharma biotech team has been awarded’s 2019 Customer Outreach Award, surpassing over 200 companies in training enquiry response times.

The Customer Outreach Award is only given to trusted training providers who meet customer expectations, which NSF surpassed. According to’ most recent training buyer’s report, 39 percent of training buyers expect to be contacted in under 60 minutes when they put through a new enquiry. In 2017, reports that only 17 percent of training companies met that standard.

“It’s exceptionally important for training providers to respond to customers in a fast and effective way,” says Site Manager, Sophie Austin. “In today’s hyper-connected world, expectations often grow faster than companies can respond.

With the rapid expansion of corporate social media and the opportunity to instant message companies, response time expectations are only set to get shorter, and it’s vital that companies are able to respond quickly without compromising on the quality of their reply. That’s why we do not include automated responses in our measurements - we require replies to be thoughtful, considered, but most of all - helpful.
