NSF is proud to support the North America edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit, an annual event focused on leading sustainability issues in the food industry. This year’s summit will take place virtually on a customized online platform from January 24-27, 2022.

The Sustainable Foods Summit explores new horizons for eco-labels and sustainability in the food industry by discussing key industry issues in a high-level forum.

Ideal for anyone interested in sustainability in the food industry, key topics include:

  • Emerging Sustainable Proteins
  • Regenerative Agriculture
  • Upcycled Foods
  • Fermentation Techniques
  • Cultured Foods
  • Plastic Neutral Packaging
  • Market and Consumer Insights
  • Future Trends

Organized by Ecovia Intelligence (formerly Organic Monitor), the Sustainable Foods Summit is a climate-neutral event. The carbon footprint of each edition is determined by calculating the carbon and greenhouses gases. These emissions are offset by investing in soil composting and/or related projects.

Other editions in this international series will take place in Europe (Amsterdam, June 9-10, 2022), the Asia-Pacific (Singapore, September 5-6, 2022), and Latin America (São Paulo, November 29-30, 2022).
