Principles of Internal Auditing - Cost: $400.00 Per Person. This course is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).  This one day training introduces and educates food manufacturing/processing employees to auditing principles and techniques.  The focus is on internal auditing, an independent, objective activity designed to add value and improve an organization’s operations. An internal audit program is required by all of the Global Food Safety Initiative approved standards (BRC, SQF, IFS, FSSC22000, etc.)  PRE-REQUISITES:  Recommend Prerequisite Program for Food Safety Systems and HACCP Training.
