Unauthorized use of the NSF mark on product label and advertising

Description

Prior to July 16, 2021, Primal Harvest distributed various dietary supplement products bearing the NSF mark on product labels and advertised products as NSF certified on company website. Primal Harvest does not have product certified by NSF at this time and was not authorized to use the NSF mark or to make any claims of NSF certification.
