Heather Wilberger

VP and Chief Information and Digital Officer

Heather Wilberger is Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer at NSF. In this role, she is responsible for leading the development and execution of NSF's technology roadmap, supporting the standardization and digitization of core processes, optimizing the organization’s IT application footprint and infrastructure, and leveraging AI and data analytics to deliver innovative solutions to clients and team members worldwide.

Wilberger brings more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership across different industries, including retail, real estate and health care. She has a proven track record of building, mentoring and motivating high-performing, customer-driven teams. Prior to NSF, Wilberger led multi-year organizational transformation efforts and technology teams at luxury apparel retailer Vince and Detroit-based real estate companies Bedrock and Rocket Mortgage.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.
