Steve Haan

Steve Haan is the Senior Vice President of Global Divisions at NSF. Haan joined NSF in 2024 as the Vice President of Water, leading NFS’s global Water team. 

With more than 25 years of experience at leading companies such as GE, Ecolab and Nalco, he brings deep expertise across water, food production and retail, and the regulated medical sector. Haan is known for building high-performing teams and developing world-class talent, and has extensive experience in different business models, including capital equipment, service and SaaS businesses. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt which reflects his commitment to fast, effective problem-solving and operational excellence.
