As Director of Management Systems, Tony Hardy leads NSF’s world-class aerospace, automotive and ISO certification services, overseeing overall operations. He works directly with teams managing quality management systems, environmental health and safety, forestry and e-waste programs, providing technical expertise to deliver strong client outcomes.

Hardy has over 18 years of experience in the certification industry. Prior to joining NSF in 2024, he served as Vice President of Operations at SAI Global in the US, Canada and Latin America.

Hardy graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering – Mechanical and Computing. He is Six Sigma Green Belt-certified with a diploma in project management and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
