NSF Food Safety Leadership Awards Presentation at 2006 National Restaurant Association Show

Annual Awards Program Features Noted Foodservice Leaders

CHICAGO, IL - NSF International announced the winners of its third annual Food Safety Leadership Awards on May 20, 2006 at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago, Illinois.

As part of NSF's ongoing public health and safety commitment, the annual awards program identifies key individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in foodservice safety.

Maple Leaf Foods, Inc., a 2006 NSF Food Safety Leadership award recipient, could not attend the NRA ceremony. However, Maple Leaf was presented their food safety leadership award on May 25th at their headquarters in Toronto.
