With a global client base, Global Trust Certification delivers audits and certification services for standards and standard owners including the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP), MarinTrust (formerly IFFO), Alaska RFM, Iceland RFM, G.U.L.F. RFM and GLOBAL G.A.P.

Based in Ireland, Global Trust Certification operates in more than 49 countries, conducting certification, auditing and inspection activities.

Complaints Process

Written complaints concerning the certification process or certified clients may be received by Global Trust Certification from any individual, organization, worker within a certified client, scheme owner or other interested party. Complaints received will be dealt with by Global Trust Certification in accordance with the Global Trust Certification complaints procedure.

Complaints can be emailed to any member of GTC staff or to ClientServicesIE@nsf.org. When notifying GTC of a complaint, please include all details of the complaint along with any evidence supporting your complaint.
