In this short training course, an overview of the 7 step sanitation practices for open plants will be presented through an interactive self-paced format. Learn each of the steps, in order, that are best practices in cleaning your facility. Many visual examples are provided for reference.
This is a self-paced eLearning course. This online course will take approximately 1 hour to complete. You can start, stop, and pause at any time, progressing through the course at your own pace.

At the end of the program, learners will be able to:
- Understand common sanitation terminology
- Identify common elements of sanitation records
- Identify best practices for the prevention of biofilms

Self-paced eLearning - Due date for completion:
If the course is not completed (including completion of the final online exam) within the three month time frame, the learner will need to re-register for the course and pay the full registration fee.
