Erika Notman - A microbiologist by training, Erika has over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding senior roles in both quality control and quality assurance. In addition to her auditing and training expertise in sterile products, Erika is also an expert in error prevention and behavioral change.
With 20 years of operational management experience she has hands-on knowledge of human error (causes and prevention) and culture change, including what works and what doesn’t!
