NSF Celebrates 10 Years in Brazil, Reinforcing Its Commitment to Human and Planet Health

São Paulo, Brazil — NSF, a leading global organization dedicated to public health and safety, celebrated a decade of operations in Brazil at a special anniversary event on September 11. Since its arrival to the country in 2015, NSF Brazil has been a transformative force in the national landscape, promoting rigorous standards, reliable certifications and technical audits that protect consumers, businesses, and the environment.
Over the past decade, NSF Brazil has established itself as a respected authority in food safety, water quality, nutritional supplements and sustainability. With a highly qualified team backed by scientific expertise, the organization has helped raise public health standards across the country, always aligned with NSF’s global mission: to protect and improve human and planetary health.

“NSF Brazil proves it is not just another company in the market. It is an organization driven by a genuine purpose, working behind the scenes to ensure that water, food and consumer products meet the highest standards of safety and quality,” said Fabiane Zanoti, Managing Director of NSF Latin America.
During the celebration held in São Paulo, employees, clients and industry representatives came together to recognize not only the technical achievements, but also the unique culture that the company has built over the years – a culture rooted in authenticity, collaboration and impact with values reflected in every project, audit and relationship formed.
“Our culture, which we affectionately call One NSF, is reflected in our day-to-day commitment to our customers. We are proud to innovate every year and continue to grow in the same way we started, together,” added Zanoti.
In her remarks to the audience, Zanoti highlighted the “Checked by NSF” mark, which verifies the implementation of hygiene and food safety policies in accordance with the local regulations and customer brand standards. She also introduced the region’s latest launch: the Certification of Supplements and Vitamins, which follows strict criteria to ensure the authenticity of products, i.e., that they are of high quality, without the risk of contaminants that could pose a risk to consumer health.
With thousands of audits conducted and hundreds of companies certified, NSF Brazil continues its path of growth, innovation and collaboration to a healthier and more sustainable future.
