NSF Food Safety Leadership Awards Presentation at 2005 National Restaurant Association Show

CHICAGO, IL - NSF International (NSF) announced the five winners of its second Food Safety Leadership Awards on May 21, 2005 at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago, Illinois.

As part of NSF's ongoing public health and safety commitment, the annual awards program identifies key individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in foodservice safety. (Click here for the 2005 food safety leadership award winners announcement.)

[Jim Mann] [Frank L. Bryan]

William Fisher congratulates Jim Mann, founder of The Handwashing Leadership Forum® and creator of Handwashing For Life®, on his Food Safety Lifetime Achievement Award for Service.

Frank L. Bryan, Ph.D., M.P.H. is honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Food Safety Education for his vast contributions to food safety education.
